Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique return authorization number and a pre-paid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we will track the journey back to our warehouse for you.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our quality team inspects the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
